What packaging will my order arrive in?

Your BAUNAT jewellery arrives in a protective, elegant presentation box that keeps the piece secure and ready to gift. Inside the package you will also find the accompanying documentation: the original invoice, the diamond certificate from GIA, HRD or IGI in case of a diamond jewel above 0.30 carat (individual carat weight), and your guarantee notes, all of which should be kept safe. The parcel itself is discreet and fully insured for 100% of its value, shipped from our Antwerp headquarters by express courier such as FedEx. Delivery requires a signature, so someone must be present at the delivery address. As soon as your handmade piece is complete, we contact you to confirm the delivery date and share a track and trace link.
