What is a Hidden Halo Engagement Ring?

A hidden halo engagement ring surrounds the base of the centre stone with a circle of small natural diamonds positioned under the main diamond rather than around its crown. Viewed from above the ring reads as a clean solitaire, while from the side the concealed halo adds sparkle and lifts the centre stone visually. This differs from a classic halo, where the smaller stones sit visibly around the top of the main diamond.
