We recommend you receive your parcel yourself, or have someone you trust present for the delivery.
The delivery address can be different from the invoicing address, and you can specify this when placing your order on our website. Also, no packages will be shipped without having received a written confirmation by e-mail. This way, you will be well informed about the delivery date, and can still choose to change this in case you would not be available to receive the package on that specific date. You can also choose to have the jewel delivered on another address (for example working address). We do not deliver to post boxes.
