Can you ship to a P.O. box?

BAUNAT cannot ship to a P.O. box, because our diamond jewellery is delivered by FedEx courier and must be signed for in person at a physical address. Since deliveries occur on weekdays between 9AM and 6PM without a guaranteed exact time, someone needs to be present to receive the parcel. If your home does not suit this, you can nominate an alternative delivery point: your work address, a FedEx depot, or the address of trusted family or friends. Once your handmade piece passes quality control, an advisor contacts you to confirm the delivery date and address together, and you receive a tracking number to follow the shipment online. To arrange a convenient delivery location before dispatch, reply to your order confirmation or contact the BAUNAT staff with your preferred address.
