Can I pick up my purchase in-store and how will I be notified when it's ready?

Yes, you can collect your BAUNAT jewellery in the following showrooms by appointment: Amsterdam, Antwerp, Düsseldorf, Knokke, Paris and Hong Kong. Because we produce on demand, your piece is handmade after we receive payment: production of a jewel listed on baunat.com usually takes 10 to 15 working days, while a tailor-made design takes approximately 4-6 working weeks. We contact you at every step, and once your jewel is ready and has successfully passed our quality control, we notify you by email or phone to schedule a pick-up moment. In rare cases where a piece is already in stock, you may take it with you after payment. If you have a specific deadline, tell your advisor in advance so we can prioritise production, then confirm your preferred showroom appointment time.
