In most cases, BAUNAT jewellery is not available for immediate collection. Each piece is individually crafted to order once payment has been confirmed, allowing us to offer exceptional craftsmanship at a highly competitive price.

Standard designs are typically completed within 1 to 2 weeks, while tailor-made creations require approximately 4 weeks. On rare occasions, a selected jewel may be available from stock and can be collected immediately after payment.

As Switzerland is located outside the EU, the tax treatment differs from our showrooms within the EU. When your jewellery is exported from the EU, no Belgian VAT applies; please note that Swiss import VAT and any local customs duties may apply on arrival. Let us know your situation and your expert will guide you through the options.

As you make an appointment with the showroom beforehand, BAUNAT’s jewellery experts in every showroom will be able to offer you the most personalised service.
