Because of our strong growth resulting from our unique positioning, we are continuously looking for new talents to strengthen our team. We are currently looking for Diamond Jewellery Administrators for our head office in Antwerp, in the heart of the vibrant Diamond Quarter.

As Diamond Jewellery Administrator you are responsible, together with your office colleagues, for a correct and smooth processing of incoming and outgoing invoices, current orders as well as the daily business of the office.

You will help deliver what we promise our customers.

Job Description

• You process incoming and outgoing invoices
• You participate in the preparations for our bookkeeping and accountants
• Together with your office colleagues, you manage the stock system and ensure efficient stock levels, working proactively and anticipating busy periods
• You are closely involved with the product and think about possible improvements (adjustments in the range, expansion or reduction of the stock) in collaboration with the Product Manager
• You advise customers by phone, e-mail or chat about their purchase
• You follow up on the administrative and logistic process of running orders down to the smallest detail and are in contact with the various parties involved such as goldsmiths, setters and logistical partners
• You work together with both the internal departments and the international offices, ensuring both an efficient order administration and a pleasant customer experience
• You also support other departments and colleagues by updating the websites, translating blog texts and templates, etc., giving you a varied range of tasks, building up a positive relationship with your colleagues and expanding your knowledge of the product


• You have a bachelor degree (or higher), preferably in Office Management
• You may or may not have had your first experience in a similar position
• You have a basic knowledge of accounting and an interest in logistics
• You speak and write fluent Dutch and English. Knowledge of other languages such as French, German, Spanish or Chinese is a plus
• You can work with the full Office package
• You have strong communication and organisational skills
• You work accurately, with an eye for detail, service and quality
• You can work independently as well as in a team and you enjoy a varied range of tasks
• You are flexible, not 9-to-5-minded, driven and dynamic
• You have a commercial approach, are customer-oriented and problem-solver
• You are honest, discrete and reliable with a high sense of responsibility
• You are available immediately
