The impeccable quality of BAUNAT's diamonds is determined by the universally recognised 4Cs – Carat (size), Colour, Clarity, and Cut. Each BAUNAT diamond is accompanied by a certificate from a globally renowned gemmological laboratory like GIA, HRD, or IGI.
Interpreting 'flawless' in diamond clarity ranges from 'perfect' or 'flawless'. This indicates the diamond, when magnified ten times, reveals no visible inclusions. On the other end, we have diamonds with dark, strong inclusions. It's worth noting that in the highest clarity grade, a distinction is sometimes made between IF (internally flawless) and FL (flawless without any microscopic external scratches).
Often, 'flawless' diamonds are also labeled 'investment grade'. Especially in the D-grade colour range, flawless diamonds demonstrate high, stable value, making them a wise investment.
Too Flawless or Not: The Engagement Ring Conundrum
From an investment viewpoint, flawless diamonds leverage good returns. However, visually, a flawless diamond doesn't differ significantly from an 'eye-clean' stone. An 'eye-clean' diamond has inclusions visible through a loupe but not to the naked eye.
