What if I did not pick up my ordered jewellery in a timely manner?

If necessary, the shipment of your order will be offered multiple times. In exceptional cases, the jewellery will be sent back to the head office. You will then be requested to pick up your ordered jewellery within 1 month, or to have your shipment sent again to a new delivery address after payment of the shipping costs.
