  Beautiful jewels

  This is my second order with baunat. The service is perfect as usual. This was the opinion why I ordered this diamond ring here and not somewhere else. The baunat team cares about the "customer". This and the price / performance relation were the points that made the decision easy to make my second order.

  Perfect, everything went better than i ever expected

  There are 2 reasons for writing this review: one is to thank the team of Baunat for the help and the professional advice they gave me and the second reason is to help people as "knowledgeable" as i am to buy what I THINK it is the best value for money when it comes to diamond jewels. One of the key points to my story is that i wanted to buy the jewel in Antwerp. I wanted to go to Antwerp and to buy the jewel myself. I wanted to look for it, to search among maybe thousands of jewels and to finally find the one that would be mine ( well, in fact hers , ours , call it as you want). Everything was very clear in my head and i was sure I will go to Antwerp, i ll see the diamond shops in and around the central station , i ll find what i was looking for ( at a good price), i ll buy it and my only worry left will be when and how to offer the precious jewel. But it was not that simple. Visiting the shops in and around the central station proved to be a nice life experience on its own but for sure not the place where i would like to spend my money. There is a lot to write about this but my conclusion was that "i m too poor to buy crappy things" so i looked for something else. Based on my own experience, i would never buy a diamond "in the street" or from a shop which can not offer me more than a piece of handwritten paper. So after a lot of time wasted visiting a lot of small shops in Antwerp, I found Baunat ( i found them online looking for reviews). The team at Baunat answered very fast to my emails and in a matter of hours i already had an appointment. Over the email i explained what i wanted to buy, what i would like to see and other personal demands. I went to their office in Antwerp where i could see the jewel i wanted to buy ( and many other similar designs). There is one thing that i would like to mention: The fact that after having all the explanation i needed i could have some time to admire the jewel and to be sure it is the one i want , was maybe the most important part of the "deal". After decided which stone i want, which setting, I had to play the waiting game. It was a great pleasure to regularly read emails from Baunat about the fabrication process and in which state the ring is, so i had the feeling i am part in the making of the jewel. For the price of the stone and the price of the jewel everybody will also look online for comparison before buying ( i did and i didn t find better), but the most important aspect for me was the relation i had with the staff at Baunat. As i bought an diamond jewel I will remember everything around the it, the moment i decided to buy it, the moment i bought it, the moment i first had it in my hand and what followed (that is a private story). In all this, the people who made it for me played a very important part and i took the time to write this in order to thank them, they really deserve it. So , in conclusion, I hope it is the only diamond jewel i have to buy in my life(we all hope this), but for sure, for other jewelry items i ll contact Baunat again.

  high quality products linked with excellent service

  As a "first-buyer" in the world of diamonds, I was a bit suspicious about all the jewelleryshops. First of all, I've checked the Baunat on the internet - as many others before - then I decided to see them "sur place". The place, the atmosphere and the way how they work absolutely convinced me from the very first moment: 1) they take the time to explain all the necessary information about the products 2) my interests and needs were above all - everything for the customer and on official documents 3) the follow-up was absolutely extraordinary: sometimes I really felt that my needs were more important for Baunat than for myself :) All in all, they do a really fantastic job from the point of helping, ordering, through communication and to the delivery. I've already recommended Baunat to my friends.
