What happens if the delivery is not picked up?

Every shipment will be presented at the delivery address several times if needed, as it is our aim that our clients receive their purchase.

In the extreme case that the delivery was not able to be made, the parcel will return to the head office. The client will receive an invitation to come and fetch the purchased product within one month. The client can come by the office to pick it up, or can ask for the product to be resent on his own cost to a new address.
