Due to our continued growth worldwide and more specifically in the Dutch market, BAUNAT is looking for an Amsterdam Branch Manager. After a short but intensive training in our Antwerp HQ, you are expected to work independently from our Dutch showroom situated in a top location at “Keizersgracht, Amsterdam”, thereby supported by a dynamic, young and international team located in the Antwerp HQ & in our other showrooms. You will also be responsible for all types of Business Development related to our market in the Netherlands. A challenging and pleasant work environment is guaranteed.
Your role consists of 2 areas of responsibilities: 1) Sales ◆ Managing the brand new Amsterdam based showroom ◆ Managing your own client portfolio (via email, phone, chat or F2F) ◆ Primary contact for both existing and potential Dutch clients ◆ Verify the need to make & schedule appointments at Amsterdam Showroom ◆ Welcome, explain the BAUNAT business model, show our fine diamond jewellery and close sale 2) Business Development ◆ Bear responsibility for all PR (traditional press & online) and Marketing opportunities regarding your country and market ◆ Implement Sales strategies according to the needs of your market ◆ Set up valuable partnerships and organise (small) events for the Dutch consumer market (e.g. in Zurich we have a joint event with Tesla, because of our similar business models) ◆ Creating opportunities for growth by bringing ideas and taking initiatives on all possible levels. Through your job you are in touch with the latest innovations in sales and marketing.
◆ Living (or wanting to live) in the neighbourhood of Amsterdam ◆ Having a large network in Amsterdam and around is a plus ◆ Proficient knowledge of Dutch & English, other languages are a nice extra ◆ Working experience with MS Office package and Outlook ◆ Preferably you are experienced in B2C sales and customer contacts ◆ You have strong communication skills face to face, via email, chat or phone Ideal Personality: Eye for detail and affinity with luxury products, flexible, no 9-to-5-minded, independent, driven and dynamic, honest and reliable, high sense of responsibility, representative, commercial, customer-oriented and problem-solving.
